BestQM license agreement and terms of use
As a User or Member (the "User") of the Online BestQM Community
("BESTQM"), using (the "Site"), www.bestqm.com and all other
BESTQM web site, collectively the Site, constitutes your
acceptance of this Site License Agreement (the "Agreement"),
including all terms, conditions, and policies found in the
following paragraphs.
If you do not agree with all the terms, conditions, and policies
of this Agreement, you should promptly exit this Web site.
As a User, it is understood the conditions, terms, and policies
embodied in this Agreement have been adopted for the good of the
User and BESTQM. For this reason, BESTQM reserves the absolute
right, without notice, to alter or remove content, or deny
access to any User or users to this web site.
This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the User
and BESTQM and supersedes any prior Agreement, representation,
or understanding between the parties. It is understood between
the parties that the following terms, conditions, and policies
may, from time to time, be changed or modified by BESTQM without
notice, but will be incorporated in future versions of this
Agreement. For this reason, it is important that the User
frequently visit the site and become familiar with this
Agreement's terms, conditions and policies.
It is further understood the User takes full responsibility to
read and understand this Agreement, all future changes, and
modifications as they become effective in subsequent versions
and agrees to abide by them in their entirety, including all
applicable laws.
USE OF SITE:
A non-member User may, under the provisions of this Agreement,
use only those portions of the site available for their use or
viewing. As a Member, a User may, under the provisions of this
Agreement, use all portions of this site available for their use.
Member areas may become password protected for member use and by
other authorized parties. Any use by non-members to
password-protected member areas is strictly prohibited under the
terms of this Agreement and by all applicable laws. Use of
content found on this site is only for private, personal,
non-commercial purposes. Any transfer or use of content in any
manner must carry appropriate notice of copyright or other
proprietary rights, including the terms of use under the
provisions of this Agreement.
BESTQM reserves the absolute right to any public or commercial
use of the content of this web site. No use of its content may
be used for any public or commercial purpose without the express
written permission of BESTQM or its designated assignee. BESTQM
prohibits its members or Users from reproducing, emailing,
posting or linking to externally generated content, which
includes BusinessWire news content.
RISKS:
As a user, use of this site is at your own risk. Neither BESTQM,
nor any other party involved with this site, its development,
production, or delivery makes any warranty as to its fitness for
any purpose. Use of this site is strictly on an "AS IS" bases.
No claim is made by BESTQM or any other party as to the accuracy
or completeness of any information, merchantable value of any
product or service provided, nor that any such information,
product, or service is free from fault or claims of property
right infringement by third parties.
BESTQM makes no claim that any information, product, service,
program, or technology found on or associated with this site is
free from error or omission of fact or substance, and full
assumption of risk is accepted by the User for all uses
including, but not limited to, e-mail, public forums, online
meeting services, news feeds, and document downloads, without
BESTQM or third parties incurring any liability or
responsibility, either direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive. As some jurisdictions may not allow
exclusion of implied warranties, the foregoing may not apply to

As a User, you should be aware that all content on the BESTQM
site is either copyrighted or trademarked by BESTQM or a third
party. The User, only for personal, non-commercial use, may
download material on this site and any other use is strictly
prohibited. Images of people, places, content and things on the
site are either the property of BESTQM or used by permission of
third parties. Use of these images by the User or other third
parties is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted under
the terms of this Agreement or in writing by the rights holder.
Unauthorized use of these images or content may be contrary to
applicable copyright, trademark, and privacy laws.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS:
The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on
the Site are the property of the BESTQM and other parties. Users
are prohibited from using any Marks for any purpose including,
but not limited to use as meta-tags, and/or descriptions on
other pages or sites on the World Wide Web without the express
written permission of BESTQM or such third party which may own
the Marks.
All trademarks, logos, and service marks, whether registered or
un-registered, found on the site are either the property of
BESTQM or other third party. No grant of any right should be
construed by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, for use of any
BESTQM, or third party trademark without the express written
permission of the holder. Unauthorized use of any trademarks or
other content found on the site is strictly prohibited and
BESTQM or other third party holder reserves the right to enforce
its intellectual property rights or holdings through the full
extent of the law.
All information and content including any software programs
available on or through the Site ("Content") is protected by
copyright. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying,
distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling,
licensing, creating derivative works or using any Content
available on or through the Site for commercial or public
purposes. BESTQM reserves the right to remove any Content on the
Site which allegedly infringes another person's copyright.

The User may have provided BESTQM with certain required personal
information. Aside from this information, which is covered in
the Privacy Policy, all communication or material initiated by

considered by BESTQM without confidentiality and to be

but not be limited to, advice, techniques, comments, questions,
or other submissions by the User. In submitting material for use
on the BESTQM site or by the BESTQM, the User irrevocably, and
for all time, agrees to waive and never assert any rights, and
assigns and transfers to BESTQM, all their rights, including "moral",

is made by the BESTQM with regard to the information provided or
anything found on or associated with these sites, including, but
not limited to, unwanted third party contact by any manner or
means or by the risk of computer damage or infection by viruses.
In providing the foregoing, BESTQM makes no representations or
warranties as to the accuracy of any information provided,
availability or fitness of any product, service or link for any
purpose, nor that providing the foregoing does not infringe on
the rights of any third party. Furthermore, the User is
responsible and accountable for any and all contact they may

PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES
(INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION; LOST PROFITS, COST OF PROCURING

LAWS AND REGULATIONS:

international, federal, state and local laws and regulations.
JURISDICTION OF GOVERNING LAWS:
