	join troubleshooting To solve your problems occurs during the join read the section below. I never received the email confirmation to continue the join. Why? Each email sent from BestQM use the address service@bestqm.com so please check your bulk folder, trash folder also spam folder in case your antispam do not recognize this email address. In other cases can happened that you'd type wrong your email address or your account is not valid or recognized. So if like this please use a real and valid email address. I typed my nickname but i got an error message that is already used. What should i do? The nickname is unique in the BestQM community and that means it is already used so please type a different nickname to continue. During the join steps i got an error duen to a problem. What i can do to continue? You can start your join steps again by cliking the animated button in the confirm email received. If i submitted a profile but it will not certified what should i do ? You will receive the email response with the following instructions so you can change your photo or announcement to re-ask the certification. If try to login with the username and password specified in the join what happen? You will receive a login failed message because your profile is not available until it will not certified by our modeartors and you got the email certification.
